You can use the filter to choose the characteristics you’d like to experience in your next coffee. Choose from how bright and lively a coffee is through ‘acidity’. Need a wholesome cup to mellow down with or something lighter to perk you up? If so select from ‘body’. Looking for something with a bit more of a caffeine punch? If so, choose a lighter roast as lighter roasts tend to retain more caffeine than the darker roasts. What a combination of all? Knock your self out . . .
